Ted started his career in real estate in 1972. A Stilwell native, Ted is a licensed realtor in both Oklahoma and Arkansas. He became a licensed real estate broker and became the principle broker of Blackard Real Estate in 1982. Since then he's also broadened our services to include real estate appraisals for Oklahoma. Ted enjoys meeting and talking to people so real estate and our related services are a natural fit. His experience and expertise in the field are unmatched in the area. Lou Ann began to pursue real estate in April 1994. With experience as a hair dresser for 25 years she was ready for a change but wanted to continue working with people. Her husband Ted, was in real estate and encouraged her to go get her license and come to work with him.
